Occupied Staging:

Many people do not move out before staging, and with Balance, there is no need to!
Walk thru of the of home to make recommendations on items to be removed from home.
Our team will make the most of the items found in your home.
A full custom proposal will be provided after the initial consultation.

Vacant Staging Package:

Initial consultation: review floor plan, discuss rooms we recommend for staging
Selection and installation of art, accessories, furniture to enhance home
Installation of all selections

Starts at $1400

Final price will be provided based on each home's needs.

Hands on Consultation: (3 – 8 hours)

A design professional will meet you at your home
A walk thru of every room is performed with you
Move furniture, rearrange items, “shop” for items in your home to be repurposed
Recommend items to purchase to enhance your home (bedding, pillows, etc)
You will be ready for professional photos in no time!
